Summary of reviewsThe Bunratty Castle Hotel, BW Signature Collection is a beautiful and comfortable four-star hotel in a fantastic location beside the castle, making it an ideal base for sightseeing and exploring the surrounding areas. The hotel has excellent and friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness and hygiene protocols and spacious and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds. The guests highly praised the breakfast, which included a good selection and variety of food, as well as the lovely spa and leisure facilities. Although there were mixed reviews about the dinner options and some negative feedback about the maintenance and standard of some rooms, the majority of guests had a very good, superb or enjoyable experience. Families were happy with the children's menu and the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere. Although some guests experienced issues with certain amenities due to COVID-19 restrictions, the hotel provides excellent value and is highly recommended for a weekend escape or a breakaway.
