The Koa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach is a stunning location with well-maintained grounds and beautifully designed, comfortable and clean rooms. Despite some guests noting that the rooms need redoing, they offer stunning views that are worth the price. While the resort has limited facilities, the standard rooms are basic but have clearly had upgrades. Some guests were disappointed with their supposed ocean view rooms, which provided more of a pool view. However, for nearly $1000 a night, guests expected more from the fairly old resort. Some guests also noted cracks in the pool.
