The resort's appearance from outside did not meet five-star standards but the rooms were superb. However, some guests thought it looked slightly run down and needed more investment. Despite this, the hotel's staff involvement and customer service were excellent. Nonetheless, the resort's service and food were rated 3.5 stars, lower than the 5-star rating of the property.
