Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category

Situated in a charming older building, Hotel Salta exudes a certain colonial flair. However, its decor and equipment seem to struggle between preserving this historical ambiance and meeting the standards typically expected of a four-star hotel. While the hotel boasts of four-star facilities and claims to offer four-star service, some guests feel that both could use improvement.
The junior suites aim to provide a higher level of comfort, yet some aspects such as the outdated decor and standard breakfast fall short of what one might expect from a hotel with a four-star rating. Despite these points, many appreciate the clean and well-maintained environment of the hotel.
Overall, Hotel Salta offers a nostalgic experience with some room for enhancement to fully align with contemporary four-star expectations.

The service is highlighted as exceptional, contributing to a very positive overall experience. The hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained facilities further elevate guest satisfaction. The spa and massage services receive particular praise, standing out as key features of the stay. While some reviews suggest that it might compare to other three-star establishments in Argentina and abroad, the general consensus is that it successfully delivers on its promise of a four-star experience, with a cost-benefit ratio that exceeds expectations. Despite this minor drawback, Guemes Hotel & Spa is recognized as a standout accommodation choice, known for its unbeatable location and impressive amenities.

Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Solar De La Plaza receives mixed reviews from its guests with an emphasis on both the positive aspects of cleanliness and the shortcomings in service offerings. The hotel is considered clean and complete, meeting the baseline standards expected of a four-star establishment. However, several reviews mention that the breakfast provided is basic and lacks variety, falling short of four-star expectations. Guests also pointed out that extras in the café are sometimes charged and that the hotel does not actually offer a spa, which might be presumed at such a rating. The swimming pool, despite being advertised as a service, does not seem to impress visitors. While some guests view the hotel as deserving of its four-star rating, the overall sentiment suggests room for improvement in several areas to truly match the recognized standards.
