For travelers seeking good value for money, Hôtel Comté de Nice in Beaulieu offers an attractive option. The hotel, though a bit old-fashioned, is generally pleasant and modern in a welcoming manner. Reviews highlight its very good quality-price ratio, particularly for the €120 including tax range and some guests feel it competes with four-star establishments.
However, the services and facilities are quite minimal for a three-star hotel. Breakfast's selection is notably limited and overall service can be basic. Rooms, described as in need of refurbishment, tend to be small and lack amenities such as a minibar, but surprisingly include slippers, an unexpected touch for this star rating. Despite some decor and product quality issues, the hotel remains a commendable choice for those prioritizing budget over luxury.

The Appart'City Classic Nice hotel presents a mixed experience for travelers, balancing location and cost against a need for updates and improved service. Nestled close to the convention center, it serves those attending professional events with convenience and the attentive staff add a positive touch to the stay.
Guests appreciate the good value for money within the context of Nice's generally high lodging costs and the hotel offers a reasonable compromise between renting an apartment and staying in a traditional hotel. The simple yet well-maintained accommodations provide essentials suitable for short stays and overnight sleeps, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious visitors.
However, the hotel's rating has been called into question with many pointing out that it falls short of typical three-star standards. Issues such as disorganized reception, outdated and occasionally damaged furniture and unpleasant odors detract from the overall experience. Cleanliness and room readiness at check-in have also been noted as areas needing improvement.
In summary, while the Appart'City Classic Nice offers an affordable stay with a good location and attentive staff, it requires refurbishments and better management to align with its three-star classification and justify its pricing.
