Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Zamek Na Skale, a Castle Hotel with a beautiful setup, seems to fall short of the expectations set by its 4-star rating. Despite its charming and picturesque location, many guests feel that the amenities and services offered do not live up to a four-star standard. Issues such as poor breakfast quality, creaking floors and inadequate room conditions have been highlighted, suggesting that the hotel's offerings are more appropriate for a 3-star rating. Basic elements expected from a 4-star establishment, such as prompt replacement of faulty items or providing additional amenities, appear to be lacking. Overall, while the setting is undeniably beautiful, the hotel does not meet the expectations of many guests who anticipate a higher level of service and facilities from a four-star hotel.
