Is there anything that you would like to highlight, add or clarify?We have our own organic farm of 7 hectares to provide our Farm Table Restaurant and Staff kitchen. No use of chimicals and a zero waste system property with compost and green cycle thanks to our animal stables and growth of organic vegetables. 70% of the property is powered with solar panels. We do not use any plastic on the property.
