Motel 6-Tucker, GA - Atlanta Northeast is notably praised for its prime and accessible location. Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals and major transport routes. The quiet area and proximity to the interstate make it a desirable spot for visitors attending events or exploring the city.
Though opinions on the rooms vary, some guests find them comfortable, especially highlighting the beds for their comfort. However, there are several serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance with reports of dirty floors, bathrooms and unpleasant odors. Issues such as insect infestations, stained linens and broken fixtures are also mentioned, indicating a need for substantial improvements in housekeeping and room upkeep.
Cleanliness throughout the motel draws mixed reviews. While some guests commend the clean and comfortable beds, as well as the well-maintained laundry facilities and grounds, many have encountered significant issues like roaches, dirty sheets and a lack of fresh towels and linens. This inconsistency suggests that while some aspects are managed well, there are pervasive cleanliness challenges that need addressing.
The staff consistently earn high marks for their friendliness and professionalism. Front desk personnel, particularly individuals like Brianna and Ashley, receive frequent praise for their helpful and courteous service, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience.
