Schloßhotel Althörnitz is a stunning hotel with accessible, ground-level rooms that lead out to a beautiful meadow or park. Despite some minor renovation restrictions, guests found the hotel easy to reach with public transportation and convenient parking. However, there were areas to improve, such as providing more information upon booking, having more breakfast seating and allowing elevator access for elderly guests after 22:00. Some guests also felt the decorative interior did not match the classic style of the building. Furthermore, a fridge or minibar in the rooms and more thoughtful room amenities, such as bottled water, would have been nice. Overall, accessibility was positively noted but there were some service-related issues that the hotel could improve upon.
