Its proximity to Malpensa Airport and nearby charming villages adds to the convenience and appeal.
Breakfast at Dreamhotel generally receives positive feedback for being hearty, plentiful and featuring a good mix of sweet and savory options, though some guests noted a lack of fruits and vegetables. The hotel adapted well to Covid regulations by serving breakfast in rooms, a change that was well-received for its delicious and well-presented nature. However, there is room for improvement in variety and ambiance.
Dinner options are convenient with meals available for delivery to rooms at any time. There are also good restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance. The on-site menu, even for late arrivals, offers satisfactory dining experiences despite some dishes not adhering strictly to original recipes.
Rooms at Dreamhotel are spacious, well-decorated and cozy, featuring unique elements like round beds and ample mirrors. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, modern amenities and convenience of controls for light and air conditioning. However, some rooms are noted as dated and in need of refurbishment with instances of musty or smoky smells reported. Despite these issues, the hotel staff's courteous and competent service contributes to an overall pleasant experience.

Staff at Dreamhotel are mostly praised for their friendliness, warmth and professionalism, significantly contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, there have been occasional complaints about slow or indifferent front desk service.
Parking at Dreamhotel is described as convenient and secure with spaces directly adjacent to rooms. This makes it especially handy for guests with lots of luggage or those preferring close proximity to their vehicles.
