Club Wyndham Towers on the Grove is a great place to stay for a superb vacation. The location is exceptional and perfect for those who want to be near the ocean. The staff is great and provides superb customer service, especially Manager Helen and customer service staff Sandy. Guests can enjoy great amenities and a beautiful, clean room with a kitchen, TV and washer and dryer. Cleanliness is not an issue as the room is well-maintained with supplies. Some guests may find the bed uncomfortable and the room can be too dark. However, the view of the ocean is worth it. The check-in process can be lengthy due to a long sales pitch, but it's not a dealbreaker. The pool is not in the best location, but it's good. Guests should be wary of booking because of the disappointment of not getting the requested room. Nonetheless, it's a nice place to stay, but limited. In summary, Club Wyndham Towers on the Grove provides a good location, great amenities and exceptional staff with a little room for improvement.
