Joondalup Resort is noted for its convenient location, offering easy access to key areas and amenities, including proximity to a hospital and being close to everything guests might need. The resort provides ample parking that's easily accessible and the facilities are well-maintained, contributing to a positive overall experience. Accommodations are designed to allow easy access with rooms that are particularly accessible and a lift available for reaching upper floors. The beautifully maintained grounds add to the appeal, along with the warm and welcoming staff who enhance the stay.
Although some guests highlighted that there are no specific accessible features and the necessary wheelchair adaptations are missing, the overall accessibility is fairly decent. The resort's accessible bins and good access from the car park to the rooms are notable positives. However, there is room for improvement with more inclusive features, activities and spaces needed to cater better to guests with disabilities. While the property does provide inclusive rooms, the feedback suggests that increasing the inclusivity of the spaces and activities would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
