Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at VH Eurostar Tirana Hotel Congress & Tirana Spa presents a mixed experience for guests. Many visitors mention the allure of having an indoor pool, a unique feature for the area. On the positive side, some appreciate the amazing pool, but several reviews highlight a downside: the pool access comes with an extra charge, rarely included in the booking, prompting some guests to feel less welcomed. The atmosphere around the pool can be vibrant and lively, with groups of young people often enjoying the space. However, frequent comments describe the pool as cold, with the water temperature not meeting expectations for a comfortable swim. Cleanliness is also a concern, as guests report the pool area as sometimes dirty and not well-maintained. Additionally, the space can become crowded, especially with families and children, which some find detracts from the potential of relaxation. Overall, while the pool offers a chance for enjoyment, it seems to fall short in providing a consistently warm and clean environment.
