The accessibility of key venues such as the Mediolanum Forum and an easy commute to the Assago metro station are additional highlights. Guests find the location not only practical for travel but also enriched by free parking, good value for money and the hotel's overall cleanliness.
Breakfast at Hotel Comtur is well-regarded by many guests. The extensive buffet offers a rich and varied selection of both hot and cold dishes, making for a satisfying start to the day. Beds are generally praised for their comfort, contributing positively to the stay. Some rooms offer balconies and en-suite bathrooms, enhancing the guest experience. However, there are mixed reviews regarding the state of the bathrooms with some guests finding them small or outdated. Occasional issues with air conditioning, worn-out carpets and impractical layouts in older sections have also been reported, suggesting the need for some updates to meet modern standards fully.

Instances of additional charges and responses from the staff have also affected perceptions negatively.
Overall, Hotel Comtur is a commendable choice for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent location advantages and a helpful staff, despite some areas needing improvement to fully meet four-star expectations.

The 'Best Western Hotel Goldenmile Milan' offers several accessibility-friendly features that cater to guests with disabilities. The hotel provides accessible rooms and facilities, ensuring that individuals with reduced mobility can navigate the interior comfortably. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of free parking, including accessible parking. Access to the hotel's parking garage is straightforward and well-managed by concierge services, though there is a note that it is not under video surveillance.
However, entrance accessibility poses a slight challenge due to the presence of steps at the entrance and a ramp is necessary for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. This detail may require some pre-planning for guests with disabilities to ensure smooth access. Despite this, the hotel's overall layout and modern design enhance the stay experience.
The location offers easy car access, although it appears less favorable for those relying heavily on public transport or walking to explore Milan's sights, which could pose some limitations. The hotel features an indoor pool, but there have been comments on a strong chlorine smell, which might be an area to consider for future visits.
In summary, while there are certain aspects that could be improved, such as the entrance and ease of accessing Milan's attractions, the 'Best Western Hotel Goldenmile Milan' still provides a mostly positive and accommodating experience for guests with disabilities.
