Guests frequently commend the breakfast offerings, describing it as excellent, plentiful and well-organized. The wide variety of options, including favorites like banana and yogurt cakes, alongside homemade marmelades, enhances the morning experience. The kindness and attentiveness of the breakfast staff also positively contribute to overall satisfaction. Although there are minor critiques regarding dietary variety and occasional issues with coffee temperature, the general sentiment remains favorable.
The hotel's dinner services are perceived as convenient with many guests enjoying the onsite restaurant. Special mentions include the quality of meals, particularly the chicken soup, adding to a pleasant dining experience. Despite a few negative remarks about pizza and some bland dishes, the commendations for staff service and the added happiness of an available dinner service are notable.
Room accommodations at Tri Hotel São João Batista are widely praised for their cleanliness, comfort and modern amenities such as TVs with Netflix and strong Wi-Fi connectivity. Guests frequently note the spaciousness and comfort of rooms, aided by blackout curtains and sound-insulating windows. However, a few guests encountered minor maintenance issues and noted instances of inconsistent room features. Despite these occasional setbacks, high standards in room service and cleanliness are consistently highlighted.

The gym, while basic, provides an adequate workout space and the pool on the top floor is appreciated for offering a relaxing environment albeit with some calls for better maintenance. Parking facilities, though spacious and free, have room for improvement with guests suggesting covered parking options would be beneficial.
Family travelers find the hotel very accommodating with services and amenities tailored for families, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests of all ages. However, feedback on the beds is mixed with some guests finding them comfortable while others noted issues with double beds being two singles pushed together and varying mattress qualities.
In summary, Tri Hotel São João Batista stands out for its strategic location, outstanding breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and attentive staff, making it a highly recommended choice for both leisure and business travelers. Improvements in dining options, bed consistency and certain amenities could further elevate the guest experience.
