The location is lauded as perfect for relaxation, hiking and exploring nearby attractions like Hirschberg, Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba. Despite minor issues like a lack of sidewalks and proximity to a busy road, the hotel's enchanting and peaceful surroundings, coupled with modern amenities, make it a highly sought-after destination.
The resort's breakfast buffet receives high praise for its delicious, varied and high-quality offerings that cater to diverse dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan. The presentation and changing daily menu ensure freshness and variety. Some drawbacks include high costs and occasional overcrowding, but overall, the breakfast experience is deemed exceptional, enhanced by picturesque mountain views.
While the dinner experience has mixed reviews, it maintains a high standard with sophisticated, delicious dishes and a pleasant dining ambiance featuring live music. However, some guests note long wait times, a limited menu and high prices, suggesting the need for more variety and improved service consistency.
The rooms are spacious, modern and well-furnished, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. However, issues such as signs of wear and tear, inadequate room cleaning and noise from adjacent rooms or busy areas are noted. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout with generally good performance, though some guests experience weak signals and occasional disconnections, especially in areas requiring high-bandwidth usage.
