Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category

Summarized by AI

Hotel Segredos De Vale Manso has received mixed reviews, particularly in relation to its four-star rating and the quality of its facilities and services. Many guests expressed disappointment, stating that the hotel has not been updated since its prime in the early 90s. The outdated and worn-out furniture, along with sunken mattresses and old carpeted floors, were frequently mentioned concerns. The air conditioning was noted to be noisy and room comfort fell short of expectations for a four-star establishment.

Breakfast service was another area of criticism with reviewers highlighting delays in replenishment and the overall quality being deemed weak for a four-star hotel. The meal quality, in general, did not meet the standards anticipated from such a rating. Additionally, there were comments about the lack of essential amenities, such as water bottles and sufficiently sized televisions.

Overall, while the hotel has the basic facilities and amenities of a four-star rating, guests repeatedly felt that the experience did not match up to the promised standard, prompting a need for significant improvements in both infrastructure and service quality.
