The hotel provides towels but there were some minor inconveniences regarding leaves in the pool. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't very clean and some guests found it to be dirty and cold. Additionally, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during some guests' stays. The pool closed at 10 pm which is a bit early for some guests. However, the biggest issue some had was when a large group of kids took over the pool and outside chairs on a Saturday, leaving other guests unable to use them. Overall, while the pool had some drawbacks, it was mostly enjoyable.
