The breakfast buffet is highlighted for its excellence and variety, featuring an impressive assortment of breads, cakes, fruits and homemade products served in a charming setting. The on-site restaurant receives high marks for its delicious food, cozy atmosphere and quality service, despite occasional concerns about cost and menu variety.
The spacious and comfortable rooms, many with stunning views of Blue Rock and the beautifully maintained garden, contribute to a cozy and tranquil lodging experience. Cleanliness is consistently noted as exceptional throughout the property, from the rooms to the common areas and the staff are praised for their friendliness, kindness and resourcefulness. This positive staff interaction significantly enhances the guest experience.
The outdoor pool, though offering stunning views and a spacious area for relaxation, could benefit from better maintenance and a heating system due to the local climate. Nevertheless, the overall charm of the well-kept outdoor spaces, including a picturesque lake and dining areas, adds to the enjoyment of a stay at Pousada Pedra Azul.
Overall, Pousada Pedra Azul stands out as a haven of natural beauty and tranquility with exceptional breakfast offerings, attentive staff and comfortable accommodations, making it a noteworthy choice for travelers seeking a relaxing and picturesque retreat.
