Hotel Wileński presents itself as an establishment with mixed reviews regarding its four-star rating. While some guests found the hotel lacking the expected luxury and standards of a four-star hotel, others highlighted several positive aspects. The hotel features beautifully furnished rooms with high-quality furniture, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and scrupulously cleaned rooms, which many guests appreciated. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness received commendation, described as immaculate and providing very friendly service.
In terms of amenities, guests noted the absence of certain expected features like safes in the rooms and suggested improvements such as wider breakfast choices, as the current breakfast offering was considered modest for a hotel of its class. Though the breakfast was enjoyed for its taste, it fell short of the expected four-star variety.
Parking was another point of critique with suggestions that the empty parking spaces could be included in the room price, a standard in higher category hotels. Guests expressed that, while the conditions were comfortable and the local cuisine was a highlight, the overall amenities and services did not consistently meet four-star standards.
Despite the criticism about its star rating, the hotel was seen as providing great value for money, particularly appreciated by those using regular buses. For some, the pleasant aspects of the hotel overshadowed its shortcomings, albeit noting that it might be more accurately rated as a three-star establishment.
