The Lodge at Cliff Castle Casino offers good value for the price, but some guests mentioned cleanliness issues such as dirty bathtubs and carpets that need to be cleaned. Beds are fairly old and there is some interior damage due to aging. However, the scenery is beautiful and the Lodge is easy and economical. Some guests had trouble finding the front desk and there is no lighting on the Lodge units. Guests appreciated the great midweek prices in February and the good overall value. The Lodge is passable for a stay if you are in a bind, but some found it outdated and felt it was dirty. The last night was noisy for one guest due to a couple fighting in the next room. The buffet at the casino was lackluster for some guests. Overall, the stay was just ok for most guests with a few pleasant surprises for those who loved their stay.
