Summarized by AI
POP! Hotel Diponegoro garners high praise for its strategic location in the heart of Surabaya, offering guests easy access to key attractions, public transport and popular culinary spots. The hotel is appreciated for its cleanliness, modern appeal and comfort, making it particularly suitable for millennials. The spacious parking area adds to its convenience.
When it comes to breakfast, the offerings receive mixed reviews. While some guests find the breakfast delicious and commendable for accommodating specific dietary needs with special vegetarian packages, others criticize it for being sparse, insufficient and served cold, as it comes from outside. The limited menu options and occasional service inconsistencies also draw some negative feedback.
The rooms at the hotel are mostly appreciated for being clean and comfortable with many guests noting the spacious and comfortable beds as a highlight. Despite some mentions of the rooms being small, the functional layout and overall cleanliness are positively noted. However, occasional noise intrusion, old towels and subpar air conditioning are minor areas for improvement.
Cleanliness is a strong point for POP! Hotel Diponegoro with many guests praising the clean and cozy rooms, comfortable beds and good views. The professional and friendly housekeeping staff contribute to maintaining this high standard, although some guests mention the need for a more thorough deep cleaning in some cases.
The exceptional staff at the hotel receive widespread praise for their friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness. Their warm reception and excellent service significantly enhance the guest experience.
Wi-Fi connectivity presents a mixed experience with some guests enjoying good internet connections while others face issues with weak signals, slow speeds and unstable connectivity. Improvement in this area could further enhance the overall stay.
The beds are generally well-received for their comfort and size, contributing to a good night’s sleep. While the daily cleaning service is appreciated, sporadic issues such as unfulfilled requests for king-size beds and occasional lapses in cleanliness are noted.
In conclusion, POP! Hotel Diponegoro provides excellent value for money with its strategic location, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional staff service.
