Hotel Arenales offers a mixed experience for its guests. Despite being rated four stars, several aspects of the stay do not align with expectations for such a rating. The rooms tend to be small and the hotel lacks a lobby, which can be surprising for those expecting full amenities. The quality of the elevators and narrow hallways are additional points of concern. Guests have noted that the staff's demeanor could be more welcoming and helpful. This has led some to believe that the establishment feels more like a three-star hotel, particularly when factoring in the price versus the quality and services available. However, it's important to note that some repeat visitors find the hotel comfortable enough to return multiple times, suggesting that there are elements of consistency and satisfaction for certain guests.
