Novotel Mexico City Santa Fe offers a pleasant stay overall; however, guest experiences with the pool are mixed. Many visitors appreciate the pool area, noting its cleanliness and good temperature. The pool is often described as clean, lovely and featuring warm water, making it a nice space to relax. However, concerns such as it being a bit cold in the late afternoon and instances where it was under maintenance or over-chlorinated have been mentioned. Some guests also noted the small size of the pool, leading to crowding issues and it closing early at 7 PM. Regular maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns do arise. Despite these points, the positives highlight the pool as a pleasant and inviting feature of the hotel, complemented by the excellent customer service and quality bedding provided by Novotel.

The Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe boasts a beautiful pool with a spectacular view, making it the most attractive feature of the hotel. Despite some reviewers finding the pool incredibly cold, guests were still able to sunbathe during maintenance closure. Unfortunately, some guests were also disappointed with the lack of hot water in the pool and the unavailability of food and service in the area. However, some guests still found the pool to be great with some calling it a "geweldig zwembad" and others enjoying surprises. Families may want to avoid the area on Fridays when it can become crowded and turn into a party zone, but overall, the pool remains a nice amenity despite some drawbacks.

The Westin Santa Fe in Mexico City offers an appealing rooftop area featuring a private jacuzzi that provides a relaxing escape with beautiful views. Many guests have praised the excellent condition of the wellness facilities, including the jacuzzi. While the swimming pool has received mixed reviews regarding its size, some find it an excellent option for a refreshing swim. However, access to the pool has occasionally been limited due to private events or operational changes, which might affect guest plans. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel's prime location for meetings and its additional amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and hearty breakfast, contribute positively to the overall guest experience. Although the rooftop bar may not always be open due to events, the comprehensive amenities and convenient location make The Westin Santa Fe a notable choice for travelers looking to combine leisure and business.
