The concierge staff, including Randy, Louise, Victoria and Christian, will solve any problem with a smile. The facilities are clean and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. Although there were a few staff members who were not friendly and smiling, they were few and far between. Overall, the team at Acqualina Resort and Residences will exceed all your expectations with their exceptional service and genuine warmth.
