Furthermore, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the ski areas, enhancing the overall experience for skiing enthusiasts.
Guest rooms at Complex Nero receive substantial acclaim for their spaciousness, modern decor and stunning mountain views. Visitors appreciate their cleanliness, comfort and comprehensive amenities, including well-equipped kitchens and sizable balconies. Despite minor issues like occasional internet connectivity problems, the rooms provide a generally enjoyable stay.
The hotel's breakfast service is described as good, plentiful and diverse, though some guests suggest further variety could enhance the experience. Dinner, while praised for its delicious and high-quality offerings, faces criticism due to the necessity of reservations and limited seating capacity. Additionally, the restaurant's prices and menu variety have room for improvement.
The pool facilities, including a clean and well-maintained indoor pool, are a significant highlight for many guests, particularly families. However, the water temperature and crowding can occasionally detract from the experience. The hotel's spa, featuring a pool, saunas and a hot tub, is commended for its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere.
Complex Nero's staff receive high praise for their friendliness, helpfulness and professional service. The receptionists and other team members contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, though there are occasional reports of less friendly interactions.

Nonetheless, the hotel's exceptional location, comfortable rooms and attentive service make it a favored choice among travelers seeking a relaxing and convenient stay.

Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Nevada Aparthotel stands out for its prime location, perfect for ski enthusiasts eager to hit the slopes. Conveniently positioned near various ski lifts, including the popular Studenets lift, guests can easily access ski areas, maximizing their time on the mountain. This access, coupled with the availability of private parking spaces, makes the hotel an ideal choice, particularly for families.
Guests enjoy the breakfast offerings, which, though varied, are generally considered tasty and a good start to the day, aligning with expectations for a 3-star hotel. For dinner, while the quality of food garners praise — with dishes described as delicious and reminiscent of homemade meals — there is room for improvement in variety. Despite this, the flavors often satisfy, and exploring nearby dining alternatives can enhance culinary experiences.
Rooms at Nevada Aparthotel are consistently noted for cleanliness and warmth. Spacious studios and apartments cater well to families, complemented by large terraces for relaxation. While some guests experience fluctuations in room temperature and occasional disturbances due to thin walls, the overall expectation of comfort and cleanliness is frequently exceeded.
The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, contributing to a tidy and welcoming atmosphere. The polite and diligent staff further enhance the guest experience, with commendations for their kindness and responsiveness. Parking facilities are organized and spacious, providing a seamless experience for guests arriving by car.
Skiing is a major highlight, with the hotel offering direct access to slopes via nearby paths and lifts, reflecting its strategic location. A ski storage room adds to the convenience for ski visitors. While the comfort of beds presents a mixed picture, with some guests praising the mattress quality, inconsistency in bed maintenance and size suggests areas for potential enhancement.
Overall, Nevada Aparthotel is celebrated for its advantageous location, friendly staff, and commitment to cleanliness, offering a pleasant stay for both families and skiing travelers.

Complex Kamelia provides good service in a convenient location. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and guests have noted that the service is generally nice and attentive. While these are strong points, many guests feel that the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a four-star rating, particularly in terms of cleanliness and service levels. Despite the overall comfort, the consensus is that it falls short of true four-star status.
