The Irie bar was a favorite among guests, while some had access to the pool and beaches of the sister hotel. Unfortunately, the hot tub was often cold and pool bar hours ended early at 5pm. Services were limited and the bar was slow, while the outdoor food area did not allow guests in swimsuits. But, the unlimited drinks and big pool made up for it. Additionally, common areas and the beach were well-maintained throughout the day. Though, it is important to note that some guests found the noisy nighttime show by the pool to be poorly located right below their rooms. Overall, the pool received positive feedback for being nice, relaxing, big and very clean.

The pool was clean and had plenty of pool chairs available. Guests also enjoyed the separate adult pool and beach, as well as the common areas with old southern fans and couches. The beach was well-kept and had plenty of space with lounge chairs always available. The bars were great and provided good drinks. Kids will love the kids club with lots of activities, while adults can enjoy the quiet side pool and beach area. The only downside noted was a lack of staff at the lobby, but the bell man assisted with luggage. Overall, the beach and grounds were excellent, making this a great location for families with kids.
