The pool is heated, which made it a great place to escape the cold weather. Although the pool's temperature could have been warmer, the view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. The hotel is dedicated to keeping the pool clean and while some guests reported a lack of towels, the inviting and beautiful pool made up for it. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the hotel's restaurant and parts of the hot tub were closed. Despite this setback, guests still had access to the swimming pool and enjoyed their time taking in the views. All in all, the Hyatt Carmel Highlands' pool is a must-visit for those looking for relaxation and stunning scenery.
