Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Amarração enjoys an excellent location just a street away from Atalaia beach, making it a prime choice for beach enthusiasts. Guests appreciate the value for money, tranquility and proximity to seaside attractions and restaurants. The hotel also boasts a well-maintained pool and overall quality service that contributes to a satisfying stay.
Breakfast receives generally positive remarks for taste and helpfulness of staff, though there is a consistent demand for greater variety and more efficient replenishment of items.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable with effective air conditioning, offering a pleasant night's sleep. Despite this, there are several areas needing attention, such as the absence of televisions, outdated infrastructure, cleanliness issues and inadequately stocked bathrooms. Some guests have noticed a musty smell and infrequent room cleaning, suggesting a need for better maintenance.
While cleanliness in common areas and rooms is positively noted by some, many reviews point out lapses in daily cleaning and significant signs of neglect. The pool area is a particular concern for cleanliness and maintenance with mixed feedback on its condition.
The hotel staff, including employees like Maylson, Gilmar and Henrique, receive significant praise for their politeness, attentiveness and friendliness, greatly enhancing guest experiences.
Despite a few issues with pool cleanliness and maintenance, the pool is appreciated for being a pleasant spot with comfortable sun chairs. Bed comfort is another highlight with many guests enjoying comfortable beds and clean linens, although some have faced issues such as small bed size or back pain.
Overall, Hotel Amarração provides good value for money due to its affordability, location and excellent staff service. However, it would benefit from significant renovations and improved hygiene practices.
