The bed is comfy and the room is clean and fresh. The only downsides were the insufficient lighting in the bedroom and some noise from the lobby in inward-facing rooms. Overall, the hotel is cozy, nice and exceptional. It's a great place to stay for a first-time visit to Minneapolis and guests would happily stay here again. The only issue was the keyless entry doors lock at 9 pm, which some guests found a bit wonky.
