The PLAZA INN Zwickau is a solid choice for business travelers or those just looking for a cozy stopover. While the online check-in process could use some improvement, the staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is tastefully decorated and creates a welcoming ambiance.
One downside is that the hotel is located a bit outside of town, making it somewhat inconvenient for those without a car. Additionally, on Sunday evenings both the restaurant and bar are closed, although there is a vending machine in the foyer.
However, the hotel offers good value for the price, especially when compared to other hotels. Rooms are clean and relatively well-maintained, although some guests reported that the amenities did not quite live up to expectations. Overall, though, the PLAZA INN Zwickau is a comfortable and convenient choice for travelers passing through the area.
