The Canberra Accommodation Centre provides good value for money, making it an affordable and budget-friendly option for travelers. Guests have noted that the cleanliness of the property is generally fine, though some mention that a more thorough initial clean-up could be beneficial. Common areas and kitchens are well-maintained and the bathrooms receive positive comments for their condition. The hotel staff is friendly and the location is conveniently close to a tram stop, adding to its appeal for short stays.
However, the facilities reflect its three-star status with some rooms lacking air conditioning and television. Issues such as thin walls, limited electrical sockets and windows that provide little noise insulation and open minimally have been mentioned. The hallway could use some refurbishment and occasionally, the TV software doesn’t work. Despite these drawbacks, the overall consensus is that the Canberra Accommodation Centre offers essential facilities and excellent value for its price point.
