Hotel 21 Makkah has received mixed feedback regarding its parking facilities. While the car parking is reportedly good with many slots available, a recurring issue among guests is the lack of sufficient parking spaces. Parking spots under the hotel are few, often leading to difficulty in finding a spot. Many guests have noted that the parking is chargeable, surprising some who expected free parking based on their reservations.
The hotel's private basement parking requires a fee of 25 riyals per day and an additional cost for the elevator. Additionally, even when spots are available, they can be tight and hard to navigate, leading to delays in entering and exiting. In some cases, the hotel's parking was closed for maintenance, adding to the inconvenience.
For those unable to secure a spot at the hotel, there are public and free parking spaces around the hotel, though these are also limited and often occupied. However, there is an option to use the hotel's bus service, which takes guests to nearby Jamarat parking lots.
Overall, while the parking situation at Hotel 21 Makkah can be challenging, there are some alternatives available. It's recommended to plan ahead, especially during peak times, to avoid any inconvenience.
