The property is unique and stunning and many guests have found it to be a paradise retreat. However, some have mentioned that it is not as special as other five-star hotels and the rooms may show their age. Despite this, The Nai Harn - SHA Extra Plus has been considered the best hotel by many travellers and some have even called it the third-best hotel they have ever stayed at.
