Adelaide Paringa, centrally located in Adelaide, offers an affordable stay for those on a budget. While the building and facilities show signs of age, the rooms are generally well-presented and deliver what one would expect for a three-star hotel. Despite its dated appearance and the need for refurbishment, the hotel remains competitively priced and provides a good option for budget-conscious travelers. Although not luxurious or flash, Adelaide Paringa does the job well enough if one is looking for basic accommodation. However, travelers should be aware that its age and condition may not appeal to everyone and parking options are not ideal. Greenways Apartments offers a solid three-star experience with a reasonable price point. Despite some minor drawbacks, guests find the accommodations largely satisfactory. The apartments boast clean, tidy spaces with a fresh smell, featuring amenities such as a well-stocked kitchen and a spacious lounge area. Guests appreciate the good shower pressure and comfortable beds, making it feel like a home away from home. While the apartments have an older, dated charm, they are well-maintained and offer great value.
