Despite this, the hotel is proactively promoting the spa and even calls guests in their rooms to notify them of availability. One negative point mentioned is the limited sauna availability, which closes for six hours a day - a detail some guests were not informed of ahead of time.

The Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel boasts a huge and incredible spa with excellent and fantastic facilities for wellness and relaxation. However, some guests noted that there is a daily fee for using the spa center and Covid protection measures were non-existent. Despite this, the indoor pools and spa treatments were amazing and some guests even described it as a "prekrasnyy spa center", or a beautiful spa center. Although there were some issues with weak massages and a lack of certain activities, overall, the spa at Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel is great and definitely worth a visit.
