The gym at ONOMO Hotel Douala receives a mix of reviews from guests. While some patrons found it to be well-equipped and clean with attentive service, others felt that it could benefit from renovation and enhanced maintenance. Several guests noted that some equipment had been out of order for a considerable time, with only one working treadmill available. The need for additional services and more functional machines like a rower and multi-trainer was also mentioned. Despite these issues, the gym's helpfulness remains a positive aspect, suggesting customer service efforts to assist patrons.
