No 10 Lime House receives mixed reviews, with several positive aspects frequently highlighted by guests. The hotel's convenient and strategic location is a major draw, making it ideal for those visiting the area for events, family gatherings, or business, thanks to its proximity to Oldham town center and key destinations. Many guests appreciate the comfortable beds, which often contribute to a restful night's sleep, and the presence of a helpful and friendly host adds to the positive experience.
Despite these advantages, cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly overshadow many guest experiences. Complaints about dirty rooms, an unpleasant odor, and insufficient amenities are common, with specific concerns such as stained linens, malfunctioning facilities, and the presence of bugs creating an unkempt atmosphere. Safety concerns, particularly from lone female travelers, and discrepancies between the property and its promotional photos further detract from the stay.
The hotel staff generally receive praise for their friendliness and willingness to help, although there are occasional challenges with communication and availability. Overall, while No 10 Lime House offers some appealing features, particularly in terms of location and bed comfort, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
