The service provided also receives high marks, often described as the best in its category. However, opinions about its four-star rating are divided. Capital Hotel Garni claims a four-star rating, yet the reviews suggest it falls short of this standard. Many guests argue that the hotel deserves only two stars, noting that both comfort and service do not align with a typical four-star experience. However, despite these criticisms, there are positive aspects mentioned. The lobby is described as nice and the rooms are considered beautiful. Cleanliness is well-maintained with clean towels provided.
Guests mention that the breakfast service has room for improvement with particular attention needed on minor details to enhance the overall ambiance. There is potential for a four-star experience if the hotel addresses specific shortcomings, such as the absence of comfort items like room slippers and adequate room size. The noisy street outside also detracts from the expected tranquility of a four-star establishment.
Overall, while the Capital Hotel Garni has areas of commendable quality, aligning more closely with a two-star rating, there is hope that with thoughtful adjustments and attention to detail, it could eventually meet the four-star expectations.

Palace Hotel, despite its four-star rating, seems to fall short of modern four-star standards according to numerous guest reviews. Many guests note that the facilities and services are outdated with basic amenities such as hairdryers and bathtubs needing significant upgrades. There is a recurring sentiment that the hotel's classification as a four-star establishment is more reflective of past standards rather than current expectations. Some guests even compare it unfavorably to other hotels, suggesting it feels more like a one or two-star venue. The need for renovation is frequently highlighted and while the employees are praised for their professionalism, they appear to be one of the few aspects aligning with a four-star experience. Overall, the general consensus points to a disparity between the hotel's advertised rating and the actual guest experience.

Privilege Room's by Central Park offers a mixed experience that may not align with four-star expectations. Although the hotel boasts a central location and spacious, cozy rooms with nice designs, many guests have been underwhelmed by the overall quality and services. Cleanliness is generally well-maintained and the customer service is noted as great. However, some amenities commonly associated with a four-star rating, such as a thorough cleaning service, effective air conditioning and proficient English-speaking staff, appear to be lacking. The property has been described as more akin to a decent apartment or a 2-star or 3-star hostel rather than a luxurious hotel. Hence, while the functional rooms and convenient location are appealing, there are better options available for those seeking a true four-star experience.
