Hetzel Hotel Stuttgart, while marketed as a four-star accommodation, seems to fall short of meeting the expectations associated with this rating according to guest feedback. Visitors noted that both the facilities and services did not align with what is typically expected of a four-star hotel. Specifically, guests expressed disappointment with the breakfast, describing it as chaotic and lacking the quality one would anticipate at this level. Furthermore, the hotel’s dated appearance suggests a need for updates to attain a more contemporary standard.
Despite these criticisms, the hotel has its merits. Its exterior presents a pleasant facade, and guests appreciated the comfortable, quiet location which enables a peaceful stay. Additionally, it is clean and satisfactory for short visits. While it may not fully embody its four-star title, it remains a reliable option for a brief stay in Stuttgart, given its tranquil environment and basic amenities.

If you're looking for a great hotel for a short stay in the Stuttgart area, the Best Western Plus Hotel Fellbach-Stuttgart is definitely worth considering. Guests have consistently described the facilities as excellent and the service provided by the staff as above and beyond their expectations. While the hotel doesn't have a restaurant to offer evening meals, the breakfast provided is quite satisfying. A few guests have experienced issues with the Wi-Fi, but that's the only real downside. Many guests have expressed satisfaction with the hotel's standard accommodations, demonstrating that it's well equipped and up to four-star standards. However, there are a few minor issues where the hotel could improve, such as including the sauna in the room rate, which some guests felt should be included in the price of a four-star hotel. Nevertheless, overall, guests have had great experiences at this hotel and it's sure to make for a comfortable stay during your travels.
