Guests have rated it four stars with plenty of positive feedback. They have enjoyed superb facilities and service during their stay. The hotel is overall a very nice place to stay and guests have wished they had more time to enjoy it. There are some areas for improvement, such as the lousy food, but the great property more than makes up for it. Some guests thought that it was just okay for the money they spent to stay there. The facilities are nice, but a little dated. Nonetheless, The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach is a nice place to stay and is highly recommended by previous guests.
