This proximity makes it a prime choice for visitors seeking relaxation and ease. Families particularly appreciate the hotel's child-friendly atmosphere, describing it as a children's paradise. The spacious, well-maintained rooms, bolstered by thoughtful amenities for children, contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Guests commend the hotel's breakfast experience for its variety and quality with many noting the diverse selection, including gluten-free options and the pleasant atmosphere of the dining area. The dinner experience, while receiving general approval for taste and quality, could benefit from more variety and improvements in service.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with reviews consistently highlighting the spotless condition of both rooms and common areas. The friendly, attentive staff also receive high marks for their exceptional service, particularly in catering to families and children.
However, some areas for improvement include the condition and comfort of the beds, the need for better temperature regulation in rooms and updates to match the hotel's four-star rating.
