The staff is friendly, kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything guests need. From the boatman to Ernie, Abe and Marcelo, every staff member serves with professionalism and warmth, creating an unforgettable experience for guests. The staff's effort in preparing special dinners and making guests feel at home is greatly appreciated. Although one guest had a negative experience with a female staff member behind the bar, this was the only negative comment in a sea of positive reviews. Overall, Vellago Resort's staff creates priceless memories that will last a lifetime, making it a highly recommended destination.
