Guests appreciate the central yet tranquil environment, complemented by beautifully decorated interiors that provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's amenities, including private parking and a delightful coffee area, enhance the convenience and comfort of the stay, with the in-house restaurant offering delicious food.
Room accommodations at the hotel receive mixed reviews. Many guests praise the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, with attractive decorations adding to the overall warmth. While some find the location quiet despite its centrality, there are suggestions for improvements in room size, lighting, and noise insulation. A few guests note the need for softer mattresses and better bedding to enhance comfort levels. However, the competitive pricing and attentive service of the staff often outweigh these limitations.
Cleanliness is a strong point for Hotel Villa de Flores, with high standards maintained in both private and shared spaces. The hotel's decor and serene environment complement its central location, offering travelers a restful and hygienic stay. The staff's excellent service, marked by friendliness and attentiveness, significantly enriches the guest experience, particularly in the reception and restaurant areas.
The parking arrangement, while secure, requires guests to park one to two blocks away from the hotel and handle their own luggage. Despite its distance, the flexibility in parking hours provides some convenience. Meanwhile, guests' opinions on the beds are split, with some finding the mattresses too hard and the pillows uncomfortable. However, the overall experience at Hotel Villa de Flores is positively highlighted by its location, cleanliness, and dedicated staff, making it a favored choice for visitors exploring Uruapan.

Additionally, the hotel is praised for its cleanliness and friendly, attentive staff, which enhance the overall appeal.
The spacious and well-lit rooms at Nuevo Hotel Alameda de Uruapan also receive positive feedback for their cleanliness, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Although some rooms did not entirely match expectations and had outdated furniture, the overall room size and cleanliness are strong points. The team, especially the reception, is consistently noted for excellent attention and efficient service that contribute to a pleasant and calming stay. The positive interactions with the staff significantly uplift the guest experience.
Despite these strengths, there are some areas where the hotel could improve. The beds are often described as very firm with old mattresses and uncomfortable bedding, which have sometimes hindered a restful night’s sleep. Moreover, while cleanliness is generally good, the hotel’s facilities are noted as being old and in need of refurbishment. Issues such as stained carpets, unpleasant odors and occasional sightings of insects point to a need for significant maintenance and updates.
In summary, Nuevo Hotel Alameda de Uruapan excels in location, staff service and room cleanliness, offering excellent value for money and a convenient stay for visitors aiming to explore Uruapan. However, addressing concerns regarding the condition of the beds and facilities could elevate the overall guest experience.
