TS Hotel - Taman Rinting enjoys a strategic and convenient location that appeals to travelers. Situated near shops, petrol stations, various facilities and easily accessible main roads, it ensures guests can quickly reach essential services and attractions. With nearby parking, diverse dining options and a mall, the hotel stands out as a practical choice for visitors needing proximity to specific destinations within the PG area. Although not very close to JB city, the favorable balance between location and price remains a distinct advantage for many guests.
The rooms at TS Hotel are noted for their varying sizes with some offering considerable spaciousness that enhances guest comfort. Effective air conditioning ensures a cool and pleasant environment in the rooms. However, the aging state of the rooms and bathrooms has been a frequent point of feedback with suggestions for modernization to address wear and tear. Noise from passing cars can be bothersome in rooms with a view and some guests have reported unpleasant odors. Despite these issues, the larger room options continue to provide a level of comfort that many guests appreciate.
Cleanliness at TS Hotel - Taman Rinting appears inconsistent. While several reviews highlight issues such as dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms and a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke, there are occasional mentions of clean rooms, indicating variability in hygiene standards. Dirty and uncomfortable towels and non-functional amenities like water heaters have also been noted as areas needing improvement. Overall, while some guests have experienced satisfactory cleanliness, there remains a significant need for the hotel to address these concerns and improve maintenance to better meet guest expectations.

Aladdin Dream Hotel enjoys a strategic and highly appreciated location, making it an attractive choice for both leisure and business travelers. Situated conveniently near essential amenities, the hotel is within easy reach of shops offering food and drinks, dining options, and self-service laundry facilities. Its accessibility is a notable advantage, with ample parking spaces and straightforward directions. Guests value its proximity to a nearby mamak restaurant, food court, grocery stores, and educational institutions like Uitm Pasir Gudang, offering a well-rounded environment equipped with necessary conveniences. The pleasant views available from the rooms enhance the overall satisfaction of staying at the hotel, with the availability of lifts and stairs ensuring ease of movement.
However, while the location receives praise, concerns have been raised regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodations. Guests report issues with dusty rooms and unpleasant odors from towels and bedding, as well as industrial-like cement floors. Bathroom facilities often fall short, with reports of unclean toilets, sinks, and mold issues. Other significant concerns include cockroach sightings, stained and torn bed linens, and noise disturbances due to narrow rooms and thin walls lacking sound insulation. Although there are occasional positive remarks about certain clean areas and comfort within the hotel, these are overshadowed by the need for improvements in cleanliness and overall upkeep to enhance the guest experience.
