Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Fiesta Inn Nogales provides guests with a mostly positive experience characterized by several commendable features. Its strategic location is highly praised, allowing for a tranquil escape from city noise while offering convenient access to downtown Nogales, the border crossing, and highway connections. This makes it a great choice for both business travelers and families. The hotel impresses with clean, comfortable, and modern rooms that are well-maintained, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing stay. The friendly and efficient staff further enhance the experience with exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcomed throughout their visit.
Guests particularly appreciate the diverse breakfast buffet with made-to-order options, although there are minor concerns about pricing and quality. While the rooms are generally clean and spacious, some improvements could be made regarding bed size and amenities. The gym and pool offer recreational options, though these areas occasionally face maintenance issues, including non-heated pool temperatures and equipment concerns.
Overall, Fiesta Inn Nogales stands out for its cleanliness and well-kept environment, supported by a hardworking staff fluent in English and Spanish who consistently go above and beyond. Despite a few areas needing attention, the hotel remains a reliable choice for travelers seeking comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Nogales.
