NH Linate presents itself as a four-star hotel, yet guest reviews suggest that it falls short of expectations typically associated with this rating. While some guests praise the establishment's excellent value for money, the overall sentiment reflects dissatisfaction with the services and facilities provided. Many reviewers express disappointment in the lack of amenities such as a restaurant, bar, or café, which are often standard in hotels of this caliber. The breakfast offering has been frequently criticized for its poor quality and limited variety, with guests hoping for fresher options and a broader selection befitting a four-star hotel.
The front desk service provokes mixed reactions, with some guests finding the staff unqualified to represent a four-star establishment. The overall opinion is that, despite the price point suggesting a higher standard, NH Linate does not meet the criteria expected in Italy for hotels with this rating. The location also raises eyebrows, with some questioning the choice of placing a four-star hotel in that particular area. Overall, while NH Linate has positive aspects regarding value, it requires improvements in key areas to align with the expectations of a four-star experience.

Hotel Maxim offers a blend of luxurious amenities that are rare to find even among 4-star hotels. Its well-maintained and elegant facilities boast spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms, contributing to an overall sense of luxury at an affordable price. The convenience of parking at each apartment further enhances the guest experience. The service, comfort and cleanliness are commendable, providing a positive and well-rounded stay for guests. Despite these positives, there are some areas that do not meet the expected 4-star standard. While the amenities impress, the breakfast lacks variety and quality, particularly the absence of fresh fruit options. The condition of the rooms and the bedding can also be problematic with reports of hard beds and unpleasant tobacco odors. Thus, while there are noteworthy strengths, there are also areas needing improvement to fully align with a 4-star rating.

Belstay Milano Linate strives to meet the high standards expected of a four-star hotel. While many guests appreciate its well-maintained and classy facade, some have noted that the experience falls slightly short of top-tier expectations. The hotel’s facilities are a mix of commendable features with a very well-maintained structure that aligns with four-star standards and even exceeds them in some areas. The breakfast stands out for its excellence and variety, adding a positive start to each day.
However, the service and some details, such as the size of the showers, could be improved to match the high star rating better. Although some visitors feel the hotel borders on three-star quality, the overall experience remains reasonable and provides good value, particularly for business travelers. Balancing these divergent impressions, Belstay Milano Linate remains a solid option for accommodations in the area, though with room for enhancing the guest experience to fully embody the four-star promise.
