Its location is also noted for its accessibility. Guests appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the accessibility of the staff, who are attentive and responsive. However, the lack of an elevator and the presence of too many stairs are significant drawbacks, detracting from the experience, especially for those expecting higher standards from a 4-star hotel.
