Lemon Tree Hotel and Suites offers a balanced cost-benefit for travelers seeking accommodation on a budget. While the hotel is rated as a three-star establishment, some guests feel the rating might be slightly inflated. The facilities and furnishings are noticeably dated with an antiquated decor that could benefit from some upgrading and maintenance. For the price, however, many guests found it acceptable, noting that the rooms are clean and generally meet basic needs. Although the hotel does not offer modern amenities like elevators or in-room outlets near the bed, the overall experience is adequate for those looking for a no-frills stay. The rooms do have some issues such as small beds, small televisions and occasionally broken shower heads, but these drawbacks are somewhat offset by the fair pricing.

Howard Johnson by Wyndham Fullerton/Anaheim Conference Center offers a solid and affordable option for visitors, particularly those heading to Disneyland. The hotel is regarded as a good value for its price, which is considered very reasonable given the California location. While the overall experience at the hotel is generally positive with some guests expressing their intention to return, there are notable points for improvement. The facility itself is older and shows signs of needing updates, particularly with carpets and overall decor refreshment. The hotel provides free and convenient parking and the lobby staff are noted for their pleasant demeanor. The area outside the hotel can feel a bit sketchy and there’s a faint cigarette smell inside. Despite these drawbacks, many guests find it to be a great base for their vacation or work relocation needs.

Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel offers a standard three-star hotel experience with moderate accommodations. The hotel features general cleanliness, though the cleaning can be inconsistent. The rooms are dated and showing their age with some guests noting the need for major updates, especially in the small bathrooms. Despite this, the staff stands out as amazing, providing good service.
The dining experience leaves something to be desired with a less inviting restaurant setting and staff who seemed not up to par. Given the hotel's proximity to Disneyland, it offers fair value for money, although some believe the hotel is more of a two-star quality than three-star as advertised.
Overall, while the hotel maintains a decent three-star rating, it might not meet the expectations of those looking for modern amenities or a newly refurbished stay. The facilities are functional, but their age is apparent and the parking prices have been criticized as unreasonable. For a better experience, one might consider other three-star hotels in the area.
