Flamingo Beach Mate offers its guests a good gym facility, which provides an adequate workout space for fitness enthusiasts. The gym is equipped with the necessary amenities but could benefit from better maintenance and more weights. Operating hours are limited to between 8 am and 5 pm, which may not suit early morning or late evening exercisers. Some minor issues, such as smudged mirrors observed over a longer stay and absence of water or towel facilities, could be improved. Despite these drawbacks, the gym complements the hotel's overall fitness offerings, including a perfect pool, making it a convenient option for those looking to stay active during their visit. Access to the gym is also granted even after checking out.
